The 2009 1Call Leadership Conference and Training Seminar
Amtelco's 1Call division holds an annual "Leadership Conference and Training Seminar," for our customers. This year we have moved the conference from spring to fall 2009. The conference will be held on 9/27/09 through 10/1/09 at the Monona Terrace Convention Center in Madison, WI. Additional information will be posted on this blog as it becomes available.

The soft agent is one of 1Call's newer Hospital Call Center or Hospital Switchboard products. The SIP soft agent is a nice solution for small hospitals or hospitals that want to use their existing ACD. You can find the Avaya integration notes in this PDF
