The 2009 1Call Leadership Conference and Training Seminar

Amtelco's 1Call division holds an annual "Leadership Conference and Training Seminar," for our customers. This year we have moved the conference from spring to fall 2009. The conference will be held on 9/27/09 through 10/1/09 at the Monona Terrace Convention Center in Madison, WI. Additional information will be posted on this blog as it becomes available.

HIMSS Conference 2009 Chicago, IL

We rolled out a number of Mobile Apps for our hospital call center customers and prospects at the recent conference.


The Mobile System Dashboard for hospital call center managers. Managers can view information on call center activity from anywhere.



We also unveiled the new Mobile On-Call Scheduling App so that on call schedules can be viewed and updated anywhere.


Our Mobile Apps have become very popular with our customers and prospects.
