Our company has maintained business and developer relationships with many of the large Telecommunications companies. These applications allow telephone operators to have access to all of the information needed to handle calls effectively and efficiently. One of the challenges for a healthcare organization is reducing the amount of times calls are transferred from department to department without the patient member getting the information they need.
